At the invitation of the Regional Directorate for European Affairs and External Cooperation, and within the scope of the HEXAGONE strategic project within the framework of the INTERREG MAC program, A.E.S.A. participated on the 28th and 29th of March 2023 in the Networking Days – Azores, Canary Islands, Madeira, Ghana, Côte d’Ivoire, Gambia and São Tomé and Príncipe, with a view to establishing partnerships for the presentation of projects in the first call, which It is expected to open in the 2nd quarter of 2023.
The President of the Board had the opportunity to present A.E.S.A., as a business association that aims to contribute to reflection and awareness on the topic of sustainability in the Azores, as well as launching a project idea to train businesspeople and managers in Management and Leadership in Sustainability.
The balance of participation was very positive, as in addition to meeting the networking objectives within the scope of Interreg MAC, it was an opportunity to make AESA known to participants from the autonomous region of the Azores, including government entities, chambers of commerce , university and research centers.
